These terms govern your use of Mula, including the Mula plugins for Claude Code and Codex.
Agreement
By creating an account or using Mula you agree to these terms with Oira-Oira S.R.L., Viale dell’Arte 23, 00144 Roma, Italy ("Mula"). If you use Mula for an organization, you confirm you may accept them for it.
Your account and workspace
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us about any unauthorized use. Workspace owners decide who joins and which tools and projects Mula may access.
Your content
Your company owns the content you and your tools send to Mula. You give Mula permission to process it only to provide the service to your workspace, as described in the privacy policy, and Mula does not use it to train AI models.
Acceptable use
Do not use Mula to break the law, to access data you are not allowed to access, to interfere with the service, or to send content you have no right to share.
AI-generated output
Mula prepares specs, summaries and updates with AI models from OpenAI and Anthropic. AI output can be incomplete or wrong: review it before you rely on it.
Third-party tools
Mula works with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub, Notion and Slack. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and Mula is not responsible for them.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe, and renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Mula available and improve it continuously, and may change or discontinue features. We will tell you about material changes to these terms in advance.
Disclaimers and liability
Mula is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Oira-Oira S.R.L. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid for Mula in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using Mula at any time; to delete your workspace, write to [email protected]. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Italian law, and the courts of Rome have jurisdiction, without affecting the mandatory protections you have under the law of the country where you live. Questions: [email protected].
